30th JUNE 2025 – DAY TWO: HO CHI MINH CITY

We begin with a stroll through Saigon’s historic landmarks, including Dong Khoi Street, Municipal Theatre, Post Office, and Notre Dame Cathedral.

Enjoy a special Vietnamese coffee and treat before visiting the War Remnants Museum. Our tour concludes with the iconic Banh Mi, a Saigon original.

The afternoon offers a chance to experience Vietnamese shopping at the bustling Binh Tang market.

Feel free to continue shopping, explore further, or unwind by the pool or with a massage.

The evening begins with cocktails and canapés in the Sheraton Club Lounge, followed by a unique food tour exploring local eateries on scooters with personal drivers.

6th JULY 2025 – DAY EIGHT: HALONG BAY • HOI AN

Rise early to witness Halong Bay at its most serene. If you wish, join an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast. After breakfast, you have the option to explore Sung Sot Cave on one of the islands.

Return to our boat to enjoy lunch while we cruise back to port. We will then transfer to the airport for our flight to Hoi An.

Upon arrival in Hoi An, we will be transferred to our luxury 5-star hotel. You will have a free evening to relax, explore the hotel and the charming streets of Hoi An.

7th JULY 2025 – DAY NINE: HOI AN

Today consists of group tailoring sessions with Cindy for those that wish to have clothing made. You also have the choice to join a guided tour of Hoi An to learn about its history and culture, visit its main sites and hidden gems, and sample some of its delicious cuisine.

In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore and shop in Hoi An.

In the evening, we will gather for a group dinner at a wonderful Hoi An restaurant.

8th JULY 2025 – DAY TEN: HOI AN – SHOPPING TOUR WITH CINDY

Today will consist of a half-day shopping tour with Cindy to some of her favourite Hoi An shops. During the tour, you will experience a light lunch at one of Hoi An’s renowned eateries.

9th JULY 2025 – DAY ELEVEN: HOI AN

Today is free at your leisure, relax around the pool or beach or head to the spa. For those that had tailoring done under Cindy’s guidance, during the day, you will have approximately an hour of group tailoring fits.

For those looking for a little adventure or wish to explore the local area further, today is a perfect day to take one of the optional tours available. Bookings can be made a day or two prior to the optional tour.

Learn how to make some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, then enjoy some of your creations. The afternoon is free to enjoy as you wish; relax around the pool or beach or head to the spa.

11th JULY 2025 – DAY THIRTEEN: HOI AN

In the morning, you can choose to join Cindy and Cal for a bicycle ride through Hoi An’s rice paddies and streets. Experience a different side of Hoi An as it awakens after the night’s rest. Then, return for a delightful, well-earned buffet breakfast.

The rest of the day is free at your leisure, relax around the pool or beach or head to the spa or take one of the optional tours* as previously mentioned.

In the evening, we will enjoy an incredible meal at a fabulous Hoi An restaurant for our final night group dinner.

1. Cancellation penalties do apply, please read carefully.
2. Deposit of $1,500 must be paid upon booking to secure your place.
3. Second installment of $2,000 due 15th February 2025.

5. In addition to clause 2 to 4, any requested upgrades on flights and accommodation must be paid for on confirmation of the upgrade.
6. Cancellations prior to 15th November 2024 will be charged an admin fee of $150 plus airline cancellation fee of $240.
7. Cancellations between 15th November 2024 and 15th February 2025 will incur full loss of deposit.
8. Cancellations between 15th February 2025 and 90 days prior to departure will incur full loss of deposit plus $300 of second installment, totaling $1,800.
9. Cancellations between 89 and 60 days prior to departure will receive a 70% refund of total cost.
10. Cancellations between 59 and 45 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of total cost.
11. Cancellations less than 45 days prior to departure will not receive any refund.
12. Possession of adequate travel insurance is a compulsory condition of travel and must be purchased at the time of booking.
13. Any changes to airline travel date, name changes that cause reissue of tickets will incur fees as per airlines fee structure and administration fees.
14. Style with Cindy reserves the right to cancel the tour for any reason with a full refund guaranteed for all bookings.
15. If the tour is cancelled due to factors beyond our control, we will provide a refund to the extent of the refund we are able to obtain from our suppliers.
16. If any activities listed in the itinerary are not able to be delivered or carried out due to circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be made unless we are able to secure a refund from the supplier.
17. Style with Cindy reserves the right to change hotels listed in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond their control. All changes will be to a similar or better hotel.
18. If Cindy is unable to travel due to ill health, Style with Cindy reserves the right to send another Style with Cindy stylist in her place.
19. All credit card payments for overseas tours will incur a 1.9% surcharge for standard Mastercard and Visa cards.
